What’s included in a ‘Bottoms Up’ package?
Each ‘Bottoms Up’ session includes selected bottomless cocktails, beer, wine & non-alcoholic drinks, PLUS a Charcuterie board & small sharing style food options. You can see everything included on our current ‘Bottoms Up’ Menu here.
When are ‘Bottoms Up’ sessions on?
‘Bottoms Up’ runs every Saturday afternoon at Edge Geelong, from 2pm until 4pm.
Can I get other drinks too?
Yes – but only the specific drinks listed on the menu will be included in your package price. All other food and beverages are available to purchase separately.
How do I book in for ‘Bottoms Up’?
That’s an easy one! Just click the booking link here, select your preferred date and click on the 2pm ‘Bottoms Up’ option listed to begin your reservation. Some blackout dates apply, so if you can’t see a session scheduled for your date, give us a call on (03) 5222 2666 for more info.
Do you take large group bookings?
Absolutely – in fact, our ‘Bottoms Up’ sessions are perfect for when you want to get the whole crew together for a special occasion, like a Birthday or Hen’s Party. For groups of 4 to up to 18 people, you can book online here. Or if you have a few guests more to invite, click the ‘submit request’ button on the booking page to get in touch with us.
Some of my friends have specific dietaries or don’t drink alcohol – can they still join us for ‘Bottoms Up’?
Yes! We’ve got a ‘Non-Alcoholic Bottoms Up’ option that is great for any guests who aren’t drinking but still want some awesome alcohol-free cocktail options – Learn more about it here.
As for dietaries? Our Chefs are happy to accommodate gluten free, vegetarian or other requirements upon request. Just be sure to let us know in the notes section when you book. It is important to let us know in advance and not just on the day when you arrive.
Can I pay for my ‘Bottoms Up’ session on the day?
Unfortunately not. Our ‘Bottoms Up’ sessions are required to be pre-paid online in advance at the time of booking. If you have difficulties paying online, please contact us on (03) 5222 2666 and we can process your card payment over the phone.
I need to cancel my ‘Bottoms Up’ booking or reduce guest numbers – how do I get a refund?
Refunds are offered for any changes in guest numbers or ‘Bottoms Up’ session cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your booking. Just give our team a call on (03) 5222 2666 so we can organise this and process a refund. Unfortunately, we don’t provide refunds for any cancellations within 24 hours of the booking. What if i’m running late to my ‘Bottoms Up’ session time?
Your package begins strictly at 2pm and concludes at 4pm sharp, so we highly recommend arriving 10-15 mins before the start time! That way, you avoid missing out on your full 2 hours of bevs & bites. If you do run late, your package will begin at your arrival time and cease at 4pm. Please be mindful that seasonal events do run along the Geelong Waterfront that may impact travel times.
Are there any T&C’s for ‘Bottoms Up’ I should know of?
We have some Bottoms Up terms & conditions here, and recommend you have a look over the T&C’s before booking. The most important to be aware of, are that Bottoms Up Sessions are only for guests aged 18+ and RSA limitations will apply. Management also reserves the right to cease service of alcohol at any time.
