Grand Avenue

Located at the forefront of the venue, Grand Avenue is an outstanding function space filled with natural light. It possesses a remarkable waterfront view and has bi-fold windows for when the warmer weather makes it to Geelong. Grand Avenue is a flexible semi-private area - being a fantastic space for up to 35 seated or 50 cocktail style

Lower East Side

With a fireplace and intimate lighting that sets the mood, Lower East Side is our largest indoor function space. Providing a long bench couch, along with endless options as to set-up, this area can cater for any type of function. Whether it be a sit-down occasion for up to 60 guests or a standing event for up to 100.

Madison Square

Our incredible indoor / outdoor function space, Madison Square, is located at the back of the venue. This space can be a quieter option, located away from the hustle and bustle that comes with the summer months. A fantastic seated option for 50, but perhaps best suited to a cocktail style event for up to 80 guests.

Brooklyn

Located at the back of the venue, Brooklyn is the internal side of Madison Square. This space is perfect for those intimate functions or corporate meetings of 12-14 people as it is somewhat tucked away and out of the way.

Manhattan

Whatever the weather, Manhattan will capture your heart. At the very rear of our deck, this space is perfect for all day and night events! With room for 30-50 guests, and tucked away from the majority of the venue, it's one of our most popular spaces for those who don't want to book the whole Madison Square area!

Central Park

The middle of our deck, Central Park, is a wonderful outdoor function space. A significant highlight being it’s own exclusive bar accessible from the deck itself. With very effective heating and two large plasma screens, it is a definite crowd pleaser. This area is ideal for any cocktail style event of up to 100 people.
