Our fresh SUMMER FOOD MENU has landed…

With the weather warming up, those long awaited catch-ups underway and party season right around the corner, its time for us to launch our new menu at Edge Geelong! As always, Edge is bringing fun, fresh & flavor-filled new dishes to the forefront, while putting a spin on some classic favorites.

It all starts with breakfast. Kick your day off with a crunchy toasted granola layered with berry chia pudding, or a fluffy corn & zucchini slice topped with poached eggs,  peppery roquette & a spicy pico de gallo. Or you can just enjoy bacon and eggs- cooked just the way you like them, with a St Ali coffee or freshly squeezed OJ.

Later in the day our ‘mix and match’ tapas are a great place to start a meal, or as a shared option to try a little of everything! The crowd favourite arancini balls are featured alongside some new additions like crunchy popcorn cauliflower with lemon hommus, tiger prawns with vibrant salsa verde & golden haloumi drizzled with lashings of pomegranate molasses. 

Healthy salad bowl options are a great shared option too, perfect for when you are after something light and fresh. Theres plenty of great gluten free, vegan & vegetarian dishes on offer, like our Middle Eastern inspired dukkah chickpea & cauliflower salad w crunchy radicchio, pistachio, pinenuts & honey labneh.

 If you are considering something more substantial as a main, a fragrant vegan yellow curry, classic Angus Beef burger or summer staple – ‘saffron linguini tossed with lemon myrtle calamari, garlic, chilli & ginger’ could be what you are craving. 

Save room for a dessert too. We vote for the Coconut panna cotta with mint & mango salsa for the win. But you cant go wrong with New York style berry cheesecake, right? And we haven’t even touched on cocktails to match it all yet…
