Our new AUTUMN + WINTER FOOD MENU has landed…

With the weather cooling down, its time for us to launch our new menu at Edge Geelong! As always, Edge is bringing fun, fresh & flavor-filled new dishes to the forefront, while putting a spin on some classic favorites.

It all starts with breakfast. Kick your day off with a sweet treat like our Triple-stacked choc chip pancakes w choc fudge sauce, macerated strawberries + vanilla ice cream, or go savoury with Zucchini + corn fritters with asparagus, thyme roasted mushroom,  peppery roquette & balsamic glazed cherry tomatoes. Like to keep it simple? You can always enjoy bacon and eggs- cooked just the way you like them, with a St Ali coffee or freshly squeezed OJ.

Later in the day our ‘mix and match’ tapas are a great place to start a meal, or as a shared option to try a little of everything! The crowd favourite arancini balls are featured alongside some new additions like Crunchy popcorn cauliflower with lemon hommus, Spicy double -crunch prawns with zingy citrus aioli or the Middle Eastern spiced lamb kofta  cumin + garlic yoghurt. 

Healthy options are aplenty too, perfect for when you are after something light and fresh. Try one of the great gluten free, vegan & vegetarian dishes on offer, like our Dukkah spiced cauliflower salad w crispy chickpeas, raddichio, toasted pine nuts + pepita seeds, topped w honey labneh.

 If you are considering something more substantial as a main, a fragrant Seafood Laksa, classic Angus Beef burger or a winter warmer like our new Roasted maple + cumin pumpkin steak w mashed potato, grilled mushroom, asparagus and a porcini + lentil ragout could be what you are craving. 

Save room for a dessert too. We vote for the Caramel macadamia cheesecake w cream + toffee shards for the win. But you cant go wrong with Warm chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream + berry compote, right? And we haven’t even touched on cocktails to match it all yet…
