Them NEW SUMMER MENU feels…..

The weather is warming up (slowly) and we’ve launched our epic new Summer Menu! With a few of our classic favs and a fresh take on some new dishes, it’s a menu fit for all.

Introducing you to our new Bites items – perfect for our TAPAS CLUB every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday night from 6pm til late. Perhaps our Charcoal brioche sliders with szechaun pork belly and coleslaw partnered with the new dry spiced fiery chicken wings tickles your fancy.

Or may be you’ll be more of a fan of the new deep fried spicy cauliflower with lemon hommus with the Moroccan spiced lamb balls w pomegranate glaze. We have a number of delicious white wines that partner with all of the above so make sure you ask our crew what their pick would be!

If you’re after something lighter and a salad is on the cards, we’ve got a treat for you! For all our seafood lovers and those needing to avoid dairy, our salt and pepper fried calamari tossed with bean shoots, radicchio, roquette, fresh chilli, radish and sesame dressing is a fresh tribute to our awesome waterfront location.

For the Vegos and Vegans amongst us, we’ve got the delish nude burrito bowl and our new roasted vegetable salad with chickpeas, roasted fennel, tomato and quinoa with a lemon hommus dressing (this is also a low gluten option!). And finally, the new poached chicken salad tossed with mixed grains, almonds, cranberries, capers and roquette is finished with a honey yoghurt dressing that we can vouch is pretty awesome and worth trying!

For our mains, we’ve got a creamy risotto of fennel, tomato, onion and spinach topped with crispy prosciutto that is a new staff favourite! If you’re after something a little larger the new honey and sriracha baked chicken Maryland tastes as good as it looks.

This dish comes with a delish capsicum and chickpea salad that adds freshness and crunch to your summer dining.
Another one for our seafood lovers is the crispy skinned grilled Atlantic salmon fillet accompanied with a black rice, tomato, onion, avocado and roquette salad finished with a mango yoghurt dressing – this again is low gluten.

And now for what all the sweettooths have been waiting for – dessert!

The Chocolate and peppermint panna cotta with chocolate soil and cherry compote is to die for! Or if you’re not a huge fan of chocolate, try the new caramelised fig with creme chantilly and pistachio Eton Mess. We’ve also added a classic favourite with the new lemon tart accompanied by fresh and sweet raspberry sorbet!
